I’ve always had a soft spot for floral perfumes, but not the overly sweet, headache-inducing kind. I lean more toward scents that feel airy, a little playful, and easy to wear without overthinking.
These two ended up becoming the ones I keep reaching for, depending on my mood.

1. Daisy Marc Jacobs

There’s something instantly uplifting about this one. The first spritz feels bright and almost sparkling, like stepping outside on a clear morning. It has that soft floral touch, but it doesn’t feel heavy or overly dressed up. I like wearing it when I want to feel put together without trying too hard. It’s feminine, yes, but in a relaxed, effortless way—like a white dress you didn’t spend hours picking out.

2. Zara Lightly Bloom

This one feels quieter, more understated. It doesn’t announce itself the moment you walk into a room, which is exactly why I enjoy it. The scent sits closer to the skin, soft and slightly powdery, almost like a gentle reminder rather than a statement. I usually reach for this on slower days, when I don’t need anything bold—just something that feels clean and comforting.
At the end of the day, both of these scents fit different versions of me. One is brighter and a bit more expressive, the other is calm and subtle. It’s not about choosing which is better—it’s more about what kind of energy I want to carry that day.
